• User-Uploaded Data: You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Platform. AquriX does not claim any rights to your proprietary data. By uploading data, you grant AquriX the right to process it solely for the purpose of providing Services to you.

• AquriX Data: AquriX may provide access to external data sources (e.g., market reports, industry data) for research purposes. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or sell this data unless you have obtained explicit permission from AquriX.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• AquriX Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, software, and content provided by AquriX, are the exclusive property of AquriX or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of AquriX's intellectual property without express written consent.

• User Content: By submitting any content to the Platform, you grant AquriX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of providing the Services to you.

It is the User's responsibility to verify the data before making any business or investment decisions.

Additionally, AquriX’s AI-driven models, while advanced, may produce hallucinations or inaccurate outputs, particularly when interpreting ambiguous or incomplete data. The insights, predictions, and reports generated by the AI model should be used as supportive data and not as a sole basis for critical business decisions.

Salary Information:

AquriX shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies or misinterpretations in the event that Users upload salary-related data for analysis. If the AI model provides estimates, benchmarks, or insights based on such salary data, it is the User’s responsibility to independently verify the information. AquriX expressly disclaims responsibility for any actions taken based on salary data provided through the Platform.

11. Termination

AquriX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform and its users.

Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform will immediately cease, and AquriX may delete any data associated with your account, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• AquriX does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the insights generated by its AI models. You are solely responsible for the use and interpretation of the data and reports provided by AquriX.

• AquriX is not responsible for any actions taken based on hallucinations or incorrect outputs generated by its AI models.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AquriX, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AquriX, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

AquriX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
